- 200 gm Sweet pumpkin sliced
- 1/2 no Red Capsicum
- few Black peppercorn
- 100 ml Milk

- 1 Cup Wheat Pasta 250 ml
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic cloves
- few florets Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Corn kernals
- 1/2 Mixed colour capsicum
- As req Mixed herbs
- As req Chilli flakes
- As req Salt
- 100 gm Cheese Mozzarella and Cheddar
