Take one cup of lukewarm water and dissolve the yeast.
In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, mixed italian herbs and mix it with the hands.
Add the yeast mixture, half the quantity of oil mixture and knead it to a soft pliable dough.
Allow the dough to ferment for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, transfer the dough to a greased baking tray.
Gently press it with the hands and spread it evenly on the baking tray.
Top it with thinly sliced bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and olives.
Finally drizzle it with the remaining oil mixture.
Allow it to sit for 20 minutes before you bake it.
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree celsius for 3 minutes and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
The tasty, crispy and soft Focaccia is ready.
Allow it to cool and cut it into pieces and serve.
