Dry ingredients
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat flour
 - 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
 - 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
 - A pinch Salt
 - 1 tbsp Corn flour
 - 2 tbsp Cranberry
 
Wet ingredients
- 1 Cup Orange juice
 - 1/2 Cup Sugar
 - 1/4 Cup Oil
 - 1/2 tbsp Orange zest
 
 
Extract Fresh Orange Juice
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine oil and sugar. Whisk them together until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add the freshly extracted orange juice and orange zest to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
Sift Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, sift together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and corn flour. This ensures a smooth and lump-free batter.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Bake the Cake
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
Place the pan in the oven and bake the cake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Cool and Unmold the Cake
Remove the pan from the oven and allow the cake to cool completely.
Once cooled, invert the pan onto a plate and gently tap to release the cake.
