Ingredients
  

To make Guacamole

  • 2 no Avocado
  • 1 no Onion Big
  • 1 no Tomato` Small
  • 1 no Jalepeno
  • 2 tbsp Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • few Coriander leaves

Other Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Multigrain Bread
  • As req Chilli flakes
  • As req Mixed herbs
  • As req Salt
  • 6 no Cheese Slices

Instructions
 

Making Guacamole

  • Start by mashing the avocados in a bowl until you achieve your desired consistency—chunky or smooth.
  • If you are using veg chopper, add it into it and mash it well. Else you fork to achieve this.
  • In the veg chopper, mince the Onion, Tomato, Garlic.
  • Mix in minced tomatoes and onions for added texture and flavour. Add lime juice, coriander, and salt to the mashed avocados.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Guacamole oxidizes and turns brown pretty darn quick. The lime juice helps to slow this process, but it’s inevitable that leftover guacamole will eventually start to brown.

Making Sandwich

  • Take two slices of bread. Spread a generous layer of guacamole on one slice.
  • Place a slice of cheese on top. Place the second slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
  • Toast it on a tawa or grill it in a sandwich maker until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
