Oreo fry is a snack in which oreo biscuits are dipped in pancake batter and then deep fried. Pancake mix creates a fluffy, golden-brown fried<\/em>\u00a0dough and yields a warm and melty oreo cream in the centre.<\/i> The original recipe calls for eggs. This is an eggless version. And you can also replace the all purpose flour with wheat flour. My younger brother\u00a0 introduced this recipe to me. He had Oreo fry in a restaurant and suggested me to make this recipe at home.
