Cook it with enough water in a pan.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the paneer into cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Take one coconut, grate it and extract milk from it.<\/li>\n<li>In a kadai, add 1 tsp coconut oil, splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Once they crack add green chillies and saute it.<\/li>\n<li>Now add the half cooked\u00a0vegetables along with the green peas.<\/li>\n<li>Add the extracted coconut milk.<\/li>\n<li>Ishtu should\u00a0neither\u00a0be too thick \u00a0nor be too watery.<\/li>\n<li>Add the paneer cubes.\u00a0Cook it in low flame for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>You can feel the aroma of coconut milk and the veggies.<\/li>\n<li>Serve it with Aapam, Idiyappam or Chappathi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Note: You can also use carrot and paneer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ishtu is a stew made out of different colourful vegetables.
