Suddenly I thought why can&#8217;t I try making this recipe and it came out well.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/01\/photo1084.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/01\/photo1084.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C225\" alt=\"Photo1084\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>INGREDIENTS<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Paneer-250 gms<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Onions &#8211; 2<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Tomatoes &#8211; 4<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Butter- 4 tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Chilli powder- 2 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Coriander powder &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Turmeric powder &#8211; A pinch<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Garam masala &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Milk- 1\/2 cup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Curd- 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Cilantro &#8211; few<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Salt-As required.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/01\/photo1086.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/01\/photo1086.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C225\" alt=\"Photo1086\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cut the paneer into cubes and soak it in warm water. This will make the paneer spongy.<\/li>\n<li>Make Tomato puree ,onion paste,ginger-garlic paste and keep them separately.<\/li>\n<li>In a kadai, add butter and fry the onion paste, ginger-garlic paste till brown.<\/li>\n<li>Now add the tomato puree and saute till the raw smell goes.<\/li>\n<li>Add chiili powder,turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, coriander powder, mix well and saute them for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Now add milk and curd along with the paneer and cook for ten minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Finally garnish it with cilantro.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with Naan\/Roti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/01\/photo1090.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/01\/photo1090.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C225\" alt=\"Photo1090\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paneer Butter Masala is a North Indian recipe that is used as a side dish for Naan, rumali roti, Chappathi.
