Whenever my grandpa finds a long green chillies in the market, he will get a kilo or two and ask my grandma or mom to make this. This is one the favourites for my grandpa and my brother. The process starts with slitting the chillies lengthwise and ends with deep frying. Though everyone likes to have it after being fried, you can also have it when the chillies have turned white. You can really enjoy the sour, salty and spicy taste of the recipe at this stage. This is a very easy and simple recipe that goes best with curd rice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.wordpress.com\/2014\/02\/01\/mor-milagai\/dsc01283\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4011\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"DSC01283\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/02\/dsc01283.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C168\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>INGREDIENTS<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Long green chillies &#8211; 1 kg<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Sour buttermilk- To soak the chillies<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Salt &#8211; 1\/2 cup<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash and slit the green chillies lengthwise.<\/li>\n<li>Keep it in the sun for a day and put it into a container.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/01\/dsc01100.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-3991\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/01\/dsc01100.jpg?w=800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To this add the sour buttermilk and the salt.<\/li>\n<li>During the day time toss the container\u00a0in which we have soaked the chillies.<\/li>\n<li>Take the chillies out of the vessel by draining the buttermilk and spread it on a plate.
