{"id":355,"date":"2012-12-11T18:09:46","date_gmt":"2012-12-11T18:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.wordpress.com\/?p=355"},"modified":"2018-04-03T13:54:27","modified_gmt":"2018-04-03T13:54:27","slug":"mirchi-bajji","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/superduper-kitchen.com\/index.php\/2012\/12\/11\/mirchi-bajji\/dadpinfo\/","title":{"rendered":"Mirchi bajji"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>INGREDIENTS<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Mirchi bajji &#8211; 4<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><strong>For stuffing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Peanuts- 4tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Channa dhal-2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Tamarind- Small Gooseberry size<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Rock salt- 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Salt- As required<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><strong>For batter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Besan flour- 2 Cups<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Rice flour- 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Red chilli powder- As required<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take the Mirchi, wash it and slit it lenghtwise to remove the seeds. Do it carefully so that it is not opened fully.<\/li>\n<li>Then put it in bowl with water. It will remove the remaining seeds and also the hotness of the mirchi.<\/li>\n<li>Now roast the peants and channa dhal and grind it for stuffing.<\/li>\n<li>Extract juice from tamarind and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>Now mix peanut+ channa dhal powder, salt ,rock-salt with tamarind juice and make it like chappathi dough.<\/li>\n<li>Fill this into the mirchi as shown in the picture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/12\/photo1026.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-359\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/12\/photo1026.jpg?w=487&#038;resize=530%2C706\" width=\"530\" height=\"706\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Now for the batter mix rice flour, besan flour, red chilli powder, salt and add water.
