My mom and grany makes this diamond cuts(both spicy and sweet) as an evening snack for me and my bro. \u00a0I learnt this from my mom and grany. \u00a0It is very easy to make, tasty and a good nibble.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00831.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"DSC00831\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00831.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C225\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>INGREDIENTS<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">All purpose flour &#8211; 2 cups<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Salt &#8211; As required<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Red chilli powder- 4 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Asafoetida &#8211; A pinch<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Cooking oil &#8211; 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Water- As required<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a bowl, add the flour and other dry ingredients. Mix them well so that the chilli powder and the salt gets blend with the flour.<\/li>\n<li>Now make a pith in the center and add the oil and water.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the flour with the oil and water and knead it to make a dough.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00820.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"DSC00820\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00820.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C225\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Donot add too much of water. the dough should be thick.<\/li>\n<li>Now make small balls and roll it out like a chappathi with the rolling pin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00822.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"DSC00822\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00822.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C225\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With the help of somas spoon cut it into diamonds.<\/li>\n<li>Separate the sliced diamonds and place it on the rear side of the plate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00824.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"DSC00824\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00824.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C225\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00825.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"DSC00825\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/dsc00825.jpg?w=168&#038;resize=168%2C300\" width=\"168\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a pan heat the oil.
