Daily serving of whole oats will lowers hypertension and helps in reducing weight. \u00a0Due to the presence of well balanced proteins, \u00a0they help in longevity and helps in maintaining a good health.Usually we use skimmed milk powder instead of milk while making the porridge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/img_3635.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2811\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/img_3635.jpg?w=800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>INGREDIENTS<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Oats &#8211; 10 tbsp\/ 1 cup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Milk &#8211; 4 glass\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Sugar &#8211; 4 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Almonds &#8211; few<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Cashew &#8211; few<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Raisins &#8211; few<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Badam mix &#8211; two drops<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Fig &#8211; 2<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/img_3632.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2812\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/img_3632.jpg?w=800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a vessel ,mix oats with 1 glass of milk.
