Kaju burfi contains milk powder or milk but kaju katli is made without milk. Also the shelf life of kaju katli is more than that of the burfi. My mom makes this in a different way. She soaks the cashews in the milk for an hour and then she grinds it. But I tried it differently and the outcome was good.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/dsc00510.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2770\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/dsc00510.jpg?w=800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>INGREDIENTS\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Cashew &#8211; 1 cup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Sugar &#8211; 3\/4 cup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Ghee &#8211; 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Water &#8211; 4 tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Kesar &#8211; few strands<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grind cashews and sugar to a fine powder.
