Tofu has a subtle flavor and can be used in savory and sweet dishes. It is rich in proteins and has little fat. it is also rich in iron\u00a0and depending on the coagulant used in manufacturing, may also be high in calcium or\u00a0magnesium.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/06\/img_3414.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2302\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/06\/img_3414.jpg?w=800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>INGREDIENTS<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Grated tofu &#8211; 1 cup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Sugar &#8211; 1\/4 cup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Rose essence- \u00a02 drops<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/06\/img_3411.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2303\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/06\/img_3411.jpg?w=800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grind the sugar into powder.<\/li>\n<li>Combine the tofu, sugar and rose essence in a deep bowl and knead very well.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the mixture into two equal portions.<\/li>\n<li>In one portion add yellow or orange food colour.
