So knowing all these facts no one will like \u00a0to waste it. So here is a recipe made with orange skin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/05\/img_3526.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2174\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/05\/img_3526.jpg?w=800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Orange skin -1 cup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Tamarind &#8211; 1\/2 lemon size<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Jaggery &#8211; 2 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Red chilli &#8211; 3<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Salt &#8211; As per taste<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Oil &#8211; 1 tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><strong>For tempering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Oil &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Mustard seeds &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Urad dhal &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Channa dhal &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/05\/img_3527.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2173\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/05\/img_3527.jpg?w=800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remove the orange skin and cut it into small pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Add oil in a kadai and then add the orange skin. Saute it well so that the bitter taste will be removed.<\/li>\n<li>then add tamarind, jaggery, red chilli and saute it for two minutes.<\/li>\n<li>grind all the ingredients with salt. Sprinkle little water to blend it well.<\/li>\n<li>Then add oil and splutter mustard seeds. once they crack, add the urad dhal and channa dhal. once they brown add the ground mixture and saute for two minutes.<\/li>\n<li>You can mix this with rice or can be used as a side dish for dosai and chappathi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Everytime when we buy oranges we will peel the skin out and eat the fruit inside and throw off the skin.
