It is yummy \ud83d\ude1b \ud83d\ude1b \ud83d\ude1b \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p><em>INGREDIENTS<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Potatoes &#8211; 8<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Cumin seeds- 2 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Mustard seeds &#8211; 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Turmeric powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Red chilli powder &#8211; 4 tsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Asafoetida &#8211; a pinch<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Coconut oil &#8211; 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Salt &#8211; As required<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/04\/img_3579.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-2050\" alt=\"Image\" src=\"http:\/\/superduperkitchen.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/04\/img_3579.jpg?w=800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Wash, peel the skin and chop the potatoes into small cubes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Cook the potatoes in a pan adding enough water.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">It will take about 15 minutes for the potatoes to be cooked. Do not over cook it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">To check whether the potatoes has been cooked, take one or two cubes and press it. It should be easy to press.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Now add oil, splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Once they crack add the potatoes, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Mix everything together gently without smashing the potatoes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Keep it in medium heat and cook for five minutes.
