Health mix is a powder made with different pulses and grains. We can make it in two ways - Either by simply roasting the grains and grinding it to a powder or the sprouted ones. Sathumaavu cookies is the best way to tempt the kids to eat this. Appa will buy all the ingredients necessary to make it. This helps in even mixing and the lumps can be avoided.<\/li>\r\n<li>Beat the cane sugar and butter well until they are blended well. They should be in crumbly texture.<\/li>\r\n<li>Take Sathumaavu, Badam drink powder, baking powder and sift everything together to blend well.<\/li>\r\n<li>Mix with a spatula or hand beater.<\/li>\r\n<li>Then add milk slowly.
